how learn english so quickly I see at tv that the indians learn good English, show me some links or methods I need to speak english please

They learn so quickly because they have English Medium @ school
I am also surprised when I turn on the tv that Indians not forgetting Actors speak so fluently I just wonder how they use such complex sentences in their speech. It is rather fascinating to see how the speak more fluently than the Europeans
Read newspaper daily and talk to your friends in English.
