Is Powell Janulus still alive?
A blog comment last year said he died (according to an uncited local newspaper), but another comment from someone who knows/knew him, dated earlier this year, didn’t mention anything about it.
Background info is he is/was a polyglot who speaks/spoke about 80 languages and has (I’m gonna be optimistic and use the present) a language school in Vancouver.
