Learn Korean Mp3

Does anyone know a website that I can download mp3 lessons on foreign languages such as Hokkien?
I am looking for a website that provides low-costing or free downloads to help learn foreign languages on my mp3 player. I have a “Sansa Clip” mp3 player– it’s not the best. The languages I am looking for are Hokkien(Taiwanese), Korean, Russian, and Mandarin. I want lessons that have audio for pronunciation and for text, I would like the English meaning and the foreign way to write what I’m saying. A huge “Thanks” to anyone and everyone who can help me with my question. Thanks again!
I think Mandarin will be easiest to find. Chinesepod.com is best for what you’re looking for (it is free and has other subscribe options for more stuff such as PDF transcriptions). All the languages that you have mentioned (save Hokkien – learn Mandarin first, then move on to other dialects) are best learned with a teacher because of the new scripts involved and the radically different grammar.
