Using Grammar The Best Way To Learn A Language

Are there any lists of basic vocabulary for learning languages online?

I’m attempting to learn a new language, and I heard one of the best ways to learn is to learn basic words and sentence structures and start building sentences until you get a hold of grammar. I’m interested in finding a list of basic vocabulary (maybe a few hundred words, as I’ve heard that the average human uses thousands of different words everyday) to use to boost my vocabulary “building blocks”.

If you do a search with Google…use the academic button…and type in the name of your language and type vocabulary or language lessons. Try the same thing at Dogpile…etc. Good luck!
